Education.
Me:Those who get an education have higher incomes, have more opportunities in their lives, and tend
to be healthier.Societies benefit as well.Societis with high rates of educations completion have lower
crime, better overall health, and civic involvement. Also people with better education tend to live longer
and have healthier lifestyles according to research, people with higher education have a one-third
lower risk of heart disease.Degree holders are also less likely to smoke and more likely to get
regular exercise.Critical thinking skills:People with an education think, and think well. They are taught
to ask questions, reflect, and analyze-all critical skills for later success.Experimentation and Diversity
are a Benefit of Education:A personal benefit to getting an education is the opportunity to grow as an

Part IV.
During the Fulbright TEA
Program, participants interact
closely with participants from
other areas of the world. What
steps would you take to work
and collaborate successfully
with a person from another
country? Give an example of a
time you demonstrated
flexibility in interacting with
someone from a different
culture.
I think in order work with people from different cultural groups effectively,i will need to build srurdy
and caring relashionships based on trust, understanding. If i want to get my collegue to work with me
better, here is what i can do.I would offer my help,to organize weekly seminars featuring
presentation. This can provide me with quality time to meet new participants and make friends, also
get to know each other better. I would like create
a chat "We are the team".We would earn a difficult topic, help each other, share our
experiences, share information, find information, solve problems that we have in common. Also
sharing pedagogical ideas in an online professional learning community with other participants ,to
share best practices and other elements host and home country educational system.Support my
colleague from another countries in cultural events, motivate them, assist in the preparation of
educational activities. I must be flexible.I represent my country, culture, traditions. In my opinion i must
besociable,polite,flexible,patient,friendly,diplomatic,tolerance,open minded,helpful.Showing respect
for my colleague is an important part getting along with them. There is a good chance make friends
and study their culture, traditions of another countries. Flexible work demands trust.Having a
mutually trusting work relashionship does wonders for both parties.Flexible work helps connect with
othe organization to the community work

to be healthier.Societies benefit as well.Societis with high rates of educations completion have lower
crime, better overall health, and civic involvement. Also people with better education tend to live longer

regular exercise.Critical thinking skills:People with an education think, and think well. They are taught

Part IV.
During the Fulbright TEA
Program, participants interact
closely with participants from
other areas of the world. What
steps would you take to work
and collaborate successfully
with a person from another
country? Give an example of a
time you demonstrated
flexibility in interacting with
someone from a different
culture.
I think in order work with people from different cultural groups effectively,i will need to build srurdy
and caring relashionships based on trust, understanding. If i want to get my collegue to work with me
better, here is what i can do.I would offer my help,to organize weekly seminars featuring
presentation. This can provide me with quality time to meet new participants and make friends, also
get to know each other better. I would like create
a chat "We are the team".We would earn a difficult topic, help each other, share our
experiences, share information, find information, solve problems that we have in common. Also
sharing pedagogical ideas in an online professional learning community with other participants ,to
share best practices and other elements host and home country educational system.Support my
colleague from another countries in cultural events, motivate them, assist in the preparation of
educational activities. I must be flexible.I represent my country, culture, traditions. In my opinion i must
besociable,polite,flexible,patient,friendly,diplomatic,tolerance,open minded,helpful.Showing respect
for my colleague is an important part getting along with them. There is a good chance make friends
and study their culture, traditions of another countries. Flexible work demands trust.Having a
mutually trusting work relashionship does wonders for both parties.Flexible work helps connect with
