Task 1

You want to make a salad. In group, decide what to include.

• Refer the pupils to the pictures and elicit the names of the food items. The pupils, in groups, ask and answer questions, as in the example. Go around the classroom providing any necessary help. Ask group to report back to the class.

Task 2

Refer the pupils to the pictures. Explain that these are all ways to a healthy body. Read the example and explain the activity. Go through the prompts and elicit/explain any unknown words. Allow the pupils some time to complete the activity. Check them answers.
