The teacher greets students and creates positive atmosphere by saying - Hello? How are you? Activity. What is missing? Teacher gives to students paper with vocabulary words they should find one out Cat, fish, milk, cow Rabbit, dog, apple Dog, cat, banana Division: Teacher will divide students into 2 groups using two pictures with “sun” and” cloud” Teacher gives to each group one half of the cards of the sun and cloud and make them find other half and guess what the pictures are. In this way teacher will encourage students to say the topical vocabulary in Kazakh, Russian, Uzbek languages. The teacher checks up the home task: vocabulary words: (with flash cards) Eliciting. The teacher will organize the class so that the teacher can elicit the topical vocabulary about the weather. Possible words to be elicited:
(Yes, it is / No, it isn’t) It’s sunny, It’s cloudy, It’s rainy, It’s windy, It’s hot, It’s cold The children say what the last picture and show (drilling) Drilling. The teacher will learners drill the new words using group, pair, and individual drilling forms. This way learners will drill the topical vocabulary (It’s sunny, It’s cloudy, It’s rainy, It’s windy, It’s hot, It’s cold) in groups, pairs, and individually. The teacher will use formative assessment strategies using Well Done! Excellent to encourage every learner. Activity Magic eyes. Teacher drills pronunciation of the words correctly , once they repeat after the teacher then they repeat individually(FA) Song activity The teacher will switch on the video and students will repeat after it. What the weather (2) Like today (2) Look outside the window(2) Can you say(2) It’s a sunny (2) Sunny day(2) Go out in the sunshine(2) Play, play, play(2) Guessing game: (to be organized in pairs) Pair work. The teacher will invite one student he have one picture and demonstrate it and second student should find objective (FA). |
