Nowadays, innovation is an active link in all spheres of society. It is impossible to imagine the modern world without both already realised innovations. It is impossible to imagine the modern world without innovations that have already been realised and have become habitual, as well as without future innovations that contribute to the further evolution. The majority of scientists agree that innovation has led the world community to a new, higher stage of development. of development. This is determined, first of all first of all, the socio-economic component of the modern world. If previously, federal educational standards formed competences in the framework of individual disciplines, but now, according to Professor V.P. Kuzovlev, the new standards are oriented towards educational outcomes, such as on educational results, such as such as achievement of general cultural, personal and socio-cultural development of a student [9].

The concept of "innovation" is used practically everywhere, is a topic of conversation, both at the domestic and professional levels, including at the level of heads of state, international organisations, etc. Heads of state, international organisations, etc. Innovation can be innovation can be understood as the final result of innovation activity, embodied in the form of a new or improved product, introduced on the market, new or improved technological market, a new or improved technological process used in practical activities, a new approach to social problems. Scientists interpret the term "innovation" in different ways. Here are the definitions of the concepts in the table.

Having analysed and summarised the definitions given in the table, we can conclude that "innovation" in most cases is understood as an end result, the introduction of something. In most cases, "innovation" is understood as the final result, introduction of any innovations.

The concept of "innovative technologies" V.G. Kolosov [7] defines it as "a set of methods, means and measures, providing innovative activity. It is necessary to distinguish and differentiate between innovative technologies in general, and innovative educational technologies. Let us consider the concept of "innovative educational technology".

O.V. Bondarenko [3] believes that this is a complex of three interrelated components.

1. Modern content, which is transferred to students; it implies not so much mastering of subject knowledge, but rather the development of competences, adequate to modern business practice. This content should be well structured and presented in the form of multimedia learning materials, which are transmitted by means of modern means of communication. modern means of communication.

2. Modern teaching methods - active methods of competences formation, based on the interaction and involvement of students in the learning process, not only on passive learning. The modern teaching methods are active methods of competence formation based on interaction and involvement of students in the learning process, not only on passive perception of material perception of the material.

3. Modern training infrastructure, which includes information, technological, organisational and communication components, allowing to effectively use advantages of distance learning. In modern school education a wide variety of pedagogical innovations are used. pedagogical innovations. It depends, first of all, on traditions and status of the institution. Nevertheless, it is possible to single out the following, most characteristic innovative technologies:

a) Personality-oriented technologies in subject teaching;

b) information-analytical support of the educational process and quality management of schoolchildren's education;

c) monitoring of intellectual development;

d) educational technologies as a leading mechanism of formation of a modern pupil;

e) didactic technologies as a condition for the development of the educational process of a general education institution;

f) psycho-pedagogical support for the introduction of innovative

g) Psychological and pedagogical support for the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process of the school;

h) Information and communication

i) Information and communication technologies (ICT) in subject teaching.

It is the phenomenon of ICT that will be the subject of our consideration as an actively used technology in learning. Technology that is actively used in teaching English language teaching. The introduction of ICT into the content of the educational process implies the integration of ifferent subject areas with informatics, which leads to informatisation of students' consciousness and their understanding of the processes of informatisation in modern society. It is essential to realise the emerging trend of the informatisation process. Tendency of the informatisation process of school informatisation: from schoolchildren's initial knowledge of informatics to the use of computer software tools in the study of computer science. To the use of computer software in the study of general education subjects, and then - to the saturation of computer science elements with computer science elements. Saturation with informatics elements of the structure and content of education, fundamental restructuring of the entire educational process on the basis of the application of information technologies. As a result, new information technologies appear in the school methodological system, and school graduates are trained to master new information technologies in their future labour activity.

This direction is realised through the inclusion of new courses in the curriculum. 60 Modern Higher School: Innovative Aspect. 2015. – №3. P.A. Nazarova subjects aimed at studying informatics and ICT. Experience of ICT application by A.K. Kolechenko [6] and N.V. Kosheleva [8] showed:

a) The information environment of an open-type school, including various forms of distance education, significantly increases pupils' motivation to study subject disciplines, especially using the project method;

b) Informatisation of education is attractive for a pupil in that psychological tension of school communication is relieved by transition from subjective "teacher-pupil" relations to the most objective "pupil-pupil-computer" relations. Objective relations "pupil-computer-teacher", the efficiency of pupils' labour increases, the share of pupils' labour increases, and the number of pupils' workloads increases. The efficiency of student labour, the share of creative works increases, the opportunity to receive additional education in the subject matter within the school walls expands, and in the future a purposeful choice of a higher education institution or a prestigious job is realised;

c) Informatisation of teaching is attractive for the teacher because it allows to increase the productivity of his/her labour, increases the general information culture of the teacher. One of the most important components of the educational process is the personal-oriented interaction between the teacher and the pupil. One of the most important components of the educational process should be defined as a personally oriented interaction between teacher and pupil, which requires a change in the main trends of ICT use in the process of teaching foreign languages.

Information technologies make it possible to radically change the organisation of students' learning process, forming their systemic thinking; To use computers to individualise the learning process and to turn to fundamentally new cognitive tools.

Considering Internet resources as as an essential component of ICT in teaching foreign languages, we note the educational potential of such educational information resources in the classroom of such an educational information site as NEWS IN LEVEL. The effectiveness of learning by using the resources of this site is due to to the resources of this site is conditioned by the following factors:

1) general cultural development of students;

2) improvement of computer skills;

3) improvement of language level;

4) individualisation of learning (differentiated tasks);

5) self-affirmation of students;

6) increasing motivation in learning

foreign language (lessons are held "in one breath");

7) saving the use of materials

the teacher (there is no need to create countless cards and printed materials);

8) aesthetic presentation of teaching materials

materials;

9) improvement of the process of checking students' work;

10) increasing the teacher's authority ("keeping up with the times").

The peculiarity of the work is in the individual approach to each student, taking into account his/her peculiarities and needs,which is due to the possibility of choosing

a child can choose a piece of information of interest from a huge number of news items.

One of the standout features of NEWS IN LEVELS is its commitment to personalized learning. The platform recognizes the diverse needs of learners and tailors experiences accordingly. The tiered system of news articles ensures that users can gradually advance from beginner to advanced levels, fostering a sense of accomplishment and motivating sustained engagement.

In an era dominated by information overload, NEWS IN LEVELS serves as a guide for learners navigating the vast sea of news. By curating content into digestible, leveled formats, the platform aids in the development of critical thinking skills. Users not only learn a language but also acquire the ability to discern, analyze, and comprehend complex information—a crucial skill in today's information-driven society.

Beyond its pedagogical merits, NEWS IN LEVELS fosters a sense of community among learners. The shared experience of consuming news, discussing current events, and progressing through language proficiency levels creates a virtual space where learners from diverse backgrounds converge. This communal aspect not only enriches the learning journey but also promotes cultural exchange and understanding.

The methodology for the proposed site can be presented and described as follows. From several thousand fragments of information offered by the authors and developers of the NEWS IN LEVELS site, one news item is selected. Each news is presented on three levels: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, where the first level corresponds with Elementary level, the second level is Pre-Intermediate, and the third level is Advanced. The peculiarity, originality and efficiency of the site in question is that all the information on it is delivered to users in two ways - visual and audio, which increases the chance of correct and correct perception of information. After processing the information obtained by both methods, the teacher organises a control of the learnt material, which allows the teacher to organise an oral response that helps to develop and improve both written and speaking skills. Thus, we conclude that technology is no longer part of the future, and teachers must make an effort to become "literate"in its use and implement them into the teaching and learning process.

The use of new information technologies broadens the scope of the educational process and increases its practical orientation. There is an increase in motivation of students in the educational process in the educational process and creates conditions for their successful self-realisation in the future.

Among the advantages of using the News in Levels website in English lessons are the following English lessons include: individual approach to each student, the use of different ways of presenting the material and with methodologically correct organisation with this site - work with all types of speech activity.

As we reflect on the impact of NEWS IN LEVELS, it is evident that this platform exemplifies the synergy between technology, education, and global awareness. The continuous evolution of such innovative platforms signals a promising future for digital education, where linguistic development intertwines seamlessly with staying informed about the world.

In conclusion, NEWS IN LEVELS emerges not only as a language learning tool but as a gateway to a broader, interconnected world. Its contribution to the education sphere serves as a testament to the potential of technology in shaping the way we learn, breaking down linguistic barriers, and fostering a generation of informed, global citizens.
