Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

  • Accurately distinguish vocabulary words from each other through images representing natural disasters.

  • Categorize vocabulary words as either “safe” or “dangerous”.

  • Use new vocabulary words to discuss and suggest about disasters in context.

Materials: Vocabulary worksheets, markers, interactive board, canva presentation, colorful pencils, pens, mobile phones.
