Organization moment : Greetings with students. Students will now do exercises and dance to Shakira's song. Watch the video and repeat after it.
When playing the "Bamboozle" game, we divide the students into two teams. The game is conducted in the form of a quiz, and they need to compete to answer the questions about Sporting legends Muscle.A bundle of tissue in the body that helps us move or perform other actions, like breathing or digesting food. Elastic.Able to stretch and return to its original shape. Contraction. The process of a muscle becoming shorter and tighter. Relaxation. The process of a muscle becoming longer and looser after it has contracted. Voluntary.Something we can control with our mind, like moving a muscle on purpose. Involuntary.Something that happens automatically without us thinking about it, like a heartbeat or breathing. Skeletal.Related to the bones. Skeletal muscles are attached to the bones and help us move. Smooth Muscle.A type of muscle found in organs like the stomach or blood vessels that works automatically. Cardiac Muscle. The muscle found only in the heart that works automatically to pump blood. Pupil. The dark circular part of the eye that changes size to control how much light enters. Rhythm.A regular pattern of beats or movements, like the heartbeat. Digestive System. The system in the body that helps break down food and absorb nutrients. Attached.Connected or fastened to something, like muscles being attached to bones. Function. The job or purpose something has, like how muscles help the body move or do other things. Signal.A message sent to the body (often by nerves or hormones) to tell it to do something, like moving a muscle.
A muscle is a bundle of elastic tissue which becomes shorter and thicker when it gets a signal from our nerves or hormones. There are three kinds of muscle: skeletal muscle, smooth muscle, and cardiac muscle. Skeletal muscles are also called voluntary muscles because we can control their movement when we want to.These muscles vary in size and strength, from the small muscles around our eyes to the large, strong muscles of our thighs. They are attached to the bones of our skeleton.Even quite simple actions, such as kicking a ball or smiling, require several muscle groups to work together. Smooth muscles are in most of the body's internal organs For example, smooth muscles in our stomach move food through our digestive systemTiny muscles in our eyes make the pupil bigger or smaller when the light is bright or dark. All smooth muscles contract and relax automatically, without us needing to think about it, so they are calledinvoluntary muscles. The third group, cardiac muscles, are only in the walls of the heart. These muscles contract and relax automatically in a powerful, regular rhythm to pump blood around our body. Our heart beats about 70 times a minute, every single minute of our lives, without ever resting

Take notes on new words
Then students understands the meaning of new words based on the context of the sentence or passage, helping them make connections and learn the word's meaning naturally.
In this task asks students to read the descriptions and identify the new vocabulary words related to muscles, then write them in parentheses.
students look for specific pieces of information rather than reading the entire passage carefully. The goal is to quickly locate particular details. Here's how you can guide students' actions when scanning the text about muscles
