And tell me please, how can you explain the words National park? -So, today we are going to learn about National Parks in Kazakhstan. So, look at this video. (video about National Parks of Kazakhstan) -What kind of National Parks are there in Kazakhstan? -Good, there 14 National parks in Kazakhstan. Ask students if they have visited any of Kazakhstan’s national parks. Ask them the name of the park and what they saw there. Ask students why countries have national parks (to preserve landscapes and the habitats they contain for plants (flora) and animals (fauna)), and if they can think of any benefits (helping maintain species, preserving beautiful areas and important habitats for future generations). Today we will learn about “Altyn-Emel National Park. So, look at this video. So today we will talk about -Altyn-Emel National park and take a trip there. And we will go there in these cars. -Before we go to trip let’s learn new words Vocabulary work -So, look at the blackboard and repeat after me! -Kerkulan was founded in 1878. During his trip to Central Asia, N.M. Przewalski found it in the desert region of Dzhungaria in China and brought the skin and skull to Russia. The Russian scientist who studied it I.S. Polyakov (1845 - 1887) determined that this is a separate species of wild horse, and N.M. In honor of Przewalski, it was named "Przewalski's horse". -Well done.
