MY DREAM JOB -
HAIRDRESSER
Hairdresser, now more
often called hair stylist is a
person who is professionally
engaged in laying hairstyles,
according to a customer. They
first advise clients to choose the
right hairstyle for their face
shape,
match colours or propose
appropriate modifications.
In many modern, upscale hair salons, hair washing is combined with a number of
additional services such as a massage of the head, the use of appropriate cleaning agents, etc.
Hairdressers must be careful and focused on the work when some clients come and
want to have their hair cut, as they wish to. One wrong move of scissors can make a change
and a customer will not be pleased. There is a lot of responsibility in such situations, e.g. a
customer may not come to the salon anymore.
From a good hairdresser it is required first and foremost hairdressing skills, also
imagination, aesthetic sense as well as good manners and cleanliness during work. It is
important to respect clients’ decisions and listen to their instructions and wishes. Sometimes
hairdressers have to deal with capricious customers.
The advantages of this profession is that you meet a lot of people, you can satisfy
your professional passions, and it is a well-paid job. If you have a fixed client, it brings great
satisfaction that for many years one person regularly visits the salon and is always satisfied
with the service. If clients feel that someone devotes their time and maximum interest – they
return. Also, a lot depends on hairdressers, on their attitude, the way of talking etc. Women
pay attention to the decor, the music, they feel good in bright rooms where they can relax
and forget about everyday life.

MY DREAM JOB- DANCER
Dance isn’t just a job. This is
something more, like a passion, sport,
theater, feelings. In this work you can
express yourself and throw away all bad
feelings. I can say more - you make money
with pleasure.
Now I am going to introduce some
good and bad sides of this profession.
Firstly - those “good ones”. New
relationships. In this business you can
meet a lot of new people and make friends due to progressive work in different places.
Secondly - travels. As a dancer you have to know that workshops won’t come to you.
You have to love travelling. During trips you can get to know some new countries, cultures
and much more.
No boredom. Every day is different. Nobody knows what can happen. Life on the
stage is wild and unpredictable.
Fun. Instead of sitting all day in the office you can: dance, jump, run or conduct
lessons.
No complexes.I think all dancers feel good in their bodies because of continuous
trainings. Want or not, they look incredible with their perfect silhouettes.
Bad sides - danger. Dance is a really dangerous sport. All exercises are both easy and
difficult at the same time. One bad step and your leg or arm can be broken. In an ordinary
work, the risk isn’t so high because of its sedentary character and lack of physical activity.
Thus the risk of injury is very low. However, while dancing, having an injury is like losing
your job for half of a year.
Limited free time. Most of the dancers haven’t got much time for friends, family and
relaxation because of everyday trainings. Places of work are usually far away from
hometown, so dancers rarely come back home.
I am not going to stop thinking about this job, regardless of dangers. More: I would
like to recommend this job because of arguments which were introduced above. I see more
advantages than disadvantages and all I want to do, is just try to make my dream real.

MY DREAM JOB- LAWYER
Among many different professions I was always excited about being a lawyer. I can't
explain why it intrigued me. I like watching films about mysterious things which have to be
solved. For me the prosecutor's job is the best.
Prosecutors collect evidence against perpetrators. In th eir work, they have got
a lot of duties such us:
- They arrive at the place of crime
- They analyze evidence and they find out details of crime
- They examine earwitnesses, eyewitnesses and suspect people
- They cooperate with the police in the case of crime and they take investigation to
prepare a bill of indictment
- Finally they must prove fault of offenders
It seems to be hard work, don't you think so? Although there are lots of difficult
duties, it's very interesting. You never know what the next day may bring in this job. Maybe
it is the reason why I'm interested in it. There's no monotony and boredom but there is a
very big responsibility for human's fates. What if a prosecutor indicts an innocent person?
To avoid such situations, prosecutors must be very committed to their work. All time they
have to know more and more about the case, because like Francis Bacon said:
"Knowledge is nothing else thana picture of true". According to this sentence,
prosecutors must solve all mysteries and intellectualize every possibility which can influence
the final effect of the case. I hope that I will find enough determination in myself and I won't
give up although this occupation includes plenty of duties and responsibilities.

MY DREAM JOB- BANKER
My dream job is a banker. Banker
is a person who manages and runs a bank.
He is usually an owner of the bank which
he runs. Not everyone can become a
banker. Such a person must fulfil a few
requirements. Bankers must be kind and
honest for clients. They must be helpful and be able to do negotiations for credit
terms, profitable for both clients and a bank. They also must be smart to predict exchange
rates. This job has a lot of advantages and disadvantages.
Advantages:
- Elastic time of work. It is your bank, you work when you want and when you have
to. You are the boss and nobody can tell you what you should do.
- High salary. You earn the money which you choose. You are the boss, it is your
bank.
- Banker is a profession which is not exhausting. It is typical white collar work.
Bankers only fill the documents and meet important people who can increase their profits or
influences.
Disadvantages:
-You start from the post of the client service assistant and this is a long way to
become a banker
- In the beginning your salary is not high
-You must invest your own funds to found your own bank or to develop a bank of
your boss.
I would like to be a banker. I find this work profitable, easy and quite safe. For the
salary I could keep my family. I hope that after graduating from a good university and years
of practice I will be able to become a real banker.

MY DREAM JOB- HORSE RIDER
The topic which I am going to
raise, relates to my dream job. The
occupation which I have been involved in
and I would like to do in the future is a
professional horseback riding.
First of all, I have been interested in horses for three years. Someone told me that I
have got a talent and a magic touch to horses. I spent all last summer in a stable. I got up
early and took care of horses. Actually, I did not need any help – I could do everything by
myself. I have never been scared. Also, I have never thought about quitting my passion.
Another reason is the fact that although it is sometimes a very difficult and
exhausting job, I never give up. I learn really fast and I am usually complacent.
On the other hand, my future is not sure. For every rider it is important to have a
good horse. Nowadays, mine is injured, but I hope everything will be OK and in the close
future I will take part in jumping competitions. These are first steps to be a professional
horseback rider.
What is more, I model myself on famous riders like Jarosław Skrzyczyński or Janne-
Friederike Meyer. They take part in most important worldwide jumping competitions. I
want to be like them.
In fact, riders’ life is very dangerous – they mount young horses and teach them how
to jump. Horses are big and unpredictable animals, so little misunderstanding can end up
with an accident.
However, I am interested in horses psychology, too. It is amazing what people can do
with a powerful animal if they know its language. I have basic knowledge about this
workmanship, but I am still learning and I am going to go on.
To sum up, I am sure what I want to do in the future. Adventures which I will
experience with horses will be amazing, dangerous and successful – exactly what I want.

MY DREAM JOB- DOCTOR
I have recently thought what job I would like to have in the future. It was a tough
question but I came to an answer. I want to become a doctor. It has got a lot of advantages
over other jobs.
First of all, doctor is a profession which will always be needed. Even if everything
gets computerized, doctors will not be replaced by anything. It is due to all different kinds of
diseases and illnesses. Moreover, people will always get sick or ill. We can't change it but a
doctor can help it.
Secondly, a feeling that you can help others in need is wonderful. There can't be
nothing better than that. You can give them
a prescription for a drug that will kill their pain or stop their problem.
On the other hand, becoming a doctor requires long studies and a lot of hard work.
Some surgeons, for instance, have to stand long hours by the operation table doing an
operation. But at the end of the day they can say to themselves "well, I've done a great job
today. If I hadn’t helped the patient, he or she would die". It also makes you very responsible
for all you do. But I think that I can manage it.
All in all, being a doctor would, without a doubt, be my dream job.

MY DREAM JOB- TOP GEAR PRESENTER
The job of a Top Gear Presenter has been my dream job since childhood. I have
always wanted to do something different and be original. Also, Top Gear is my favourite TV
program.
If I become a Top Gear presenter I will earn a lot of money. Thanks to it, I can afford
many things: I can go on holidays where I want, I can live in a big house and my family will
be rich.
Secondly, I have always been interested in fast cars. In this job I can test modern
luxury cars and thanks to it I can have more knowledge in this subject.
Another good thing about this job is that I can develop my knowledge of English
because I will have to talk in English with many people and do interviews.
Disadvantage of this job is that it is time–consuming. I will not have a lot of time for
my all family and my friends because I will be busy in my dream job.
The thing is that I would have to move to Great Britain. I would have to leave my
whole family in Poland and I would miss them a lot.
When I think of good and bad things about this job I still think
I would like to do it because I can’t imagine myself doing something different and it is
my dream job.

MY DREAM JOB- BANKER
In this essay I am going to write about my dream, future job. I want to be
a banker. Why would I like to be a banker? Is it a good job for me? I’m thinking
about it all the time. Can it be interesting enough?
The job of a banker requires patience and stress-resistance. Bankers must have the
ability to count very well. In this job people often work under pressure. They cannot make
any mistakes; if they make one, it might bring serious consequences for both customers and
bankers. It is all about money, like in the James Bond films. People who work in a bank must
know law very well but they do not have to be lawyers.
I have chosen that job not only because of money. I am sure that when working in a
bank I would not get bored. I would have my own office with a leather seat and a wooden
desk. However, it can be also challenging for me, when I make
a mistake something bad may happen.
I prefer exciting jobs which are quite unexpected to ordinary jobs. I cannot get bored.
Kamil Kaczmarek

MY DREAM JOB- PHOTOGRAPHER
My dream job is to be a photographer. Why? Well, there are many advantages
connected which this occupation.
First of all, I love taking photos of landscapes, people, animals, nature and cities.
Next, photographers meet amazing people and celebrities, he or she cooperates with famous
actors, models, musicians etc. I like travelling and the photographers often visit beautiful
places. They stay in five-star hotels with wonderful views. What’s more, in this job you have
a well-equipped studio where you take clear photos.
Finally the photographer earns a lot of money and has a good contact with famous
people.
Each job has also disadvantages. Photographer haven’t got much free time. I would
be very busy all the time working long hours and sometimes at night. Photographers must
often leave home for a long time and they miss their family for sure.
Although there are some disadvantages, I would like to be
a photographer. Taking photos is my hobby, I do it all the time.

MY DREAM JOB- PLASTIC SERGEON
In my essay I would like to describe my dream job. After graduation I would like to
become a plastic surgeon.
To become a plastic surgeon I should graduate from
a medical university. In my opinion, the best medical school is the Oxford
University in Great Britain. Doctors have a very serious and responsible job. They
must study and practise a lot. After many years they can operate on a human body.
I'm interested in helping people especially when they don't feel well in their bodies. I
dream about my own beauty clinique like this of doctor Ambroziak. He has got his own TV
programme where he shows how to help people.
Like every job, plastic surgery has advantages and disadvantages.
The good thing is that a doctor can make a person happy and better looking. If I
become a surgeon my dreams will come true. I could help someone to start a „second life“
with a more beautiful face and a slimmer figure.
The bad thing is that a doctor can make a mistake. The result of an operation can ruin
sombody‘s life. You can look worse than before an operation.
I would also like to become a professional dancer. I have practised dancing since I was
a child. This is my hobby. I would like to win an S class in both styles. I would like to train
in Krzyszfof Flinick and Marta Potocka-Flinick Dance School in London.
I hope that my dreams will come true. I know that there is
a lot of learning and practising in front of me but I'm sure it is worth doing it.

MY DREAM JOB- DRESSMAKER
For a few years I have been
thinking about a job, which I would like to
have in the future. One of the proposals is
a job of a dressmaker. In this dissertation
I am going to enunciate pluses and
minuses of this profession.
First of all, in order to become a dressmaker it is necessary to graduate from high
school in this profile and pass a professional exam. Then it is possible to get the rank of the
journeyman or the champion. Afterwords, it is worth attending courses and institutes so as
to develop tailor’s abilities. Trainees get to know new methods of the sewing and modern
stitches.
How to become a good dressmaker? Women who want to do this job should be very
accurate and creative. They must be open to offers of customers. Women ought to know a lot
about fashion and offer good advice. Every dressmaker should be also patient.
What are advantages and disadvantages of this profession? This job is creative and
helps to develop imagination. On the other hand, it is monotonous. Although this work isn’t
time-consuming and is not a rat race, it may contribute to some health complaints. Through
the long-standing work it is possible to damage the spine or the eyesight. However, a sewer
can get hurt every day. This job develops interests and passions. But the disadvantage is that
it requires constant, supplementary courses.
The decent dressmaker should use sewing machines of the best quality, different
lengths of needles, as well as colour threads. Also, other important tools include: a measure, a
chalk or soap and a pillow for needles.
How much does a dressmaker earn? In a private institution the payment amounts
from 1200 to 1500 PLN. However, in a bigger enterprise, possibilities are greater and they
earn there about 2000PLN.
When I was a small girl I created a lot of cloths for my dolls. My mother often helped
me with them. She taught me to stitch which was a useful lesson of technology. My mother
is an authority for me. She regularly sews a lot of cloths for me. A few months ago we
created together a black, knee- length skirt. Last week we went to the shop of fabrics because
we are going to sew a new skirt from netting.
In my opinion the job of a dressmaker has some pluses and minuses. At the moment I
cannot decide what I will choose.
But I think it is a good profession.

MY DREAM JOB- WORKER
IN A CHOCOLATE FACTO RY
Have you ever imagined working
in a chocolate factory? This work
seems to be interesting, but is it
really? Let's see!
While doing this job you have to
remember that it is crucial to work
in sanitary and clean conditions. In
some measure you are responsible
for a product quality, so work in a
chocolate factory obligates you to take care of occupational safety and health.
Sometimes, when you see something too often, you can feel disgust or you can feel a
bigger appetite and desire to eat chocolate.
This work may not be constant. Numbers of machines augment. It may turn out that
machines will replace people and then your work won't be necessary.
In this job you must do the same thing all the time - pack chocolate, put them in
cartons and the like.
After all, this job is different from other jobs. Your friends will react more positively
when you say you work in a chocolate factory than when you say you work in a shop.
While working in a chocolate factory you can get some souvenirs/presents in the
shape of chocolate.
You don't need lots of education, because you must only operate machines, lay
cartons on stillages, reclaim chocolates from tapes.
You can deepen your knowledge about chocolate, both about its taste and production.
This must be interesting!
This job is well-paid, you work from eight to ten hours and hourly you can make
more or less eleven PLN.
To sum up all arguments, this job has its own enchantment. I think it's definitely
worth trying! Work in such a factory will certainly be more interesting than work in an
ordinary shop.

MY DREAM JOB -
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR I N
FAMILY BUSINESS
In this essay I’m going to
write something about my dream
job. I’ll be a Technical Director in
family business.
I think it’s a good option for me
and my parents. I have a person
who can always help me. This’s my
dad. He has told me something
about this job. If I learn a lot, I’ll be educated and successful. My dad has got many technical
books. I remember that there were many patterns, digits and formulas. When dad showed
me hundreds of Autocad’s draws and pictures, I didn’t know what to say. Honestly, after that
I had a lot of doubts to be a technical director.
When I was a child, I wanted to be a shop assistant or a princess who lives in a big
castle. When I was 4 or 5 years old I really wanted to work at a checkout. Now I’m 15 and I
have a new dream. I have drawn my plan for the future. That’s my theoretical plan.
Everything can change. Maybe I’ll live in another country. I don’t know. But at this moment,
I’d like to do this.
And now, seriously. I’m going to tell history of a product. Before a wooden pallet is
given to a client, it must be properly prepared. Now I’m going to enumerate steps of
preparing a wooden pallet. You must prepare a project, send it to a customer, realize plan,
turn pallets around, vet humidity, pack and send them to a Chapman.
You must tend and examine the process all the time. Each work has shortcomings.
My dad is always very tired. He sleeps 5 hours a day and is very nervous. On the other side
he’s got possibility to work at home, what is very comfortable. Sometimes he needs to go to a
factory to check a shipping process. I’m going to study in London or New York, but I know,
that’s very expensive. A new country, new people, new language and new culture. That’s my
dream. I hope that
I will have my own company with wooden pallets and metal containers, like my dad.
My parents believe in me. That’s very important to me. They say: “we love you whatever
happens, remember”. Dad helps me to work on my project. I think, experience is the name
that everyone gives to his mistakes. So, that’s whyI improve my experience. So far, it’s all my
current plan.

MY DREAM JOB- INTERIOR DESIGNER
Have you ever imagined your life in the future? Would you like to be an interior
designer? This job, like many others, can have some disadvantages, but it is very creative.
My dream job is an interior designer. I would like to be an architect/interior designer
because I like planning, painting and drawing. I have wanted to be an interior designer for
many years. When I was a younger child I always dreamt about decorating my room;
however, my parents did not accept my design-versions. The majority of architects work at
home and have flexible working hours. Architects are satisfied when they see effects of their
work. Also, they have got a lot of contact with people while discussing details of the future
room or house.
However, this profession has also got some disadvantages. People may not like your
design projects and you have to be ready and willing to correct or change them. An architect
is also a difficult occupation. People who want to perform this job must work hard, be
creative and imaginative. They have to be open to other people. Architects must know the
history of Art very well. Interior designers have to graduate from the Art School. Then, they
have to get a master’s degree. After that, they can work as an architect.
All in all, architects have to be perfectionists. A lot of people do not fell creative and
logical enough to do this job. I will try hard to become an architect in the future. It is my big
ambition.

MY DREAM JOB- TRAVELLER
I would like to be a traveller, because I would be able to visit different countries and
get to know their culture. Maybe it’s not a typical job, because it doesn’t make money, but to
earn money I can guide tourists to the most interesting places in the world and gain from it.
In my life I have visited a few interesting European countries, and I lived in one
of them. I was in one African country, and I really enjoyed that trip. I am really curious
about people and their live in far west countries like the United States of America, Canada or
Brazil. Unfortunately, I haven’t been to this region of the world yet. If I am a traveler, it will
be possible. I enjoy meeting new people and spending time with them. I think I’m not a
loner, and I don’t like being alone so it would be hard for me to find myself in wilderness.
Also, I don’t want to see Antarctica or Greenland, because winter all year long is nothing
interesting. Once I was exposed to cold climate for a longer time, because I lived in Norway.
However, in the region where I stayed in the summer we could go sightseeing and not freeze
to death. I am going to see crowds in Tokyo and the Great Wall of China, I will visit
Thailand and take a peek at New Zealand. Maybe I will fly to the kangaroos’ country, see
Uluru and more interesting places in Australia. Drink tea in India and ride around on an
elephant. Walk in the rainforest in the Democratic Republic of Congo and mount a camel in
Egypt, too.
My aim is to see the most amazing places in the world to fulfill my dreams.
Maybe I won’t be a traveller, but I’ll try to visit all of the countries after all. It’s not easy, for
sure, but I’ll try, I promise.

MY DREAM JOB- ACTRESS
I have always been interested in theater.
When I was a child, I used to recite poems
on my kitchen table. I was probably four
years old.
My mom discovered that I was quite good
at it. When I was five I learnt to read. I
started to learn all children poems by
heart. I still remember some of them.
„The Locomotive” by Julian Tuwim or
„The Slouch” by Jan Brzechwa. These are my favourite ones.
When I was nine years old, I fell in love with music. I used to sing and dance. I loved
it. I wanted to sing all the time and everywhere. That was my biggest dream: to become a
singer.
But then, things changed. I went to middle school and I was ashamed of my voice. I
thought that it sounded like cockcrow.
But I fell in love with poetry. I started to take part in recitation competitions. And
sometimes I was successful. That gave me power to work harder.
Now my biggest dream is to become an actress.
I know that it is a very difficult profession. If you want to be successful, you have to
work really hard. You have to be the best. You always have to win. But the prize is bigger
than you think. It is fame, money and fans. And that is the next difficulty. You are not the
only one. Everyone wants to be someone special, someone who is over others.
And I ask myself every day: „Do I want to be one of them?”
Acting is a profession for arrogant people. And that is true. Everyone knows about
it. So why do I want to be an actress so badly? Do I want to change myself?
No.
There are other reasons. Acting gives me something special. I can’t explain it
clearly. When I am on stage, nothing else matters. There is only me.
It gives you incredible possibilities. You can be whoever you want to be.
If you impersonate a princess, you can feel like a princess. If you play the part of a
witch, you can feel like a witch.
There are no limits. When you perform on a stage, you can do things that are not
possible on a daily basis.
On a stage you can be abnormal, but nobody will notice. You can be loud, you can
scream, you can jump all over the floor. Everyone would look at you like you were crazy, if
you did so on the street.
But this is normal on a stage. Characters become part of you.
And this is what I love. This is my passion. And I want it to be a part of my life.

MY DREAM JOB- PSYCHOLOGIST
I am not sure what I would like to study, but I have had some thoughts about it. I
would choose to study something which involves communication with people. For example, I
have been thinking about studying psychology because it seems interesting.
After graduating from gymnasium I want to go to study and to live in Tallinn. If I
chose to study psychology, I would apply for Tallinn University where I would have study
for three years to get a BA. After graduating from university, I want to specialise in
working with young people like children and teenagers because they need a lot of help,
someone should listen to their problems, give guidance and advise them professionally.
Especially, when they are worried about something or feel lonely. Nowadays, there are a lot
of young people of that kind and I would like to help them.
When I have worked for some years and saved money, I would like to obtain a
Master’s degree to improve my knowledge and to get better job and a higher salary. After
completing the Master’s Degree program, I would go to work and if I have enough
experience and money, I would set up my own company.

MY DREAM JOB- BANKER
I am the 11th grade student of Tamsalu Gymnasium and it is time to start making
plans of my future. In 2013 I took part in a job shadow day, where I was chosen to watch
what kind of job the Estonian Minister of Economic Affairs and Communication, Juhan
Parts, has. But last year I was watching Riho Unt’s job, who is the Chairman of the SEB
Bank Board. So the last job shadow day gave me a nice picture of what direction I want to
go. For now I have a dream about what kind of job I would like to have in the future.
After high school, I would like to study in Tallinn. My first choice of studies
would be business or public administration at Tallinn University of Technology. In business
I would like to specialize in management or organization. Also, I have a plan to obtain a MA
in business administration.
After studies, I would like to work in bank or some company. I am seeing myself as a
Chairman in bank or some company. Certainly, I will look for some opportunities to work
abroad to improve myself.
I believe that the high dreams should not be a problem for me because I am definitely
not a defeatist. If you believe in yourself and follow your dreams, then it is not difficult to
achieve your goals.

MY DREAM JOB- TRAVEL AGENT
Being a travel agent is one of the most enjoyable careers that one can have.
The reason for this is the gigantic amount of people one meets during visits of foreign
countries, but also the knowledge that is developed. Despite of the job looking like a way to
go around visiting places on others’ expenses, it requires detailed trainings and a lot of
planning and preparatory work before a trip can begin. It is a must to make sure that
during a stay in another country the group of people that the travel agent organized the
travel for will have the best experience possible.
The main goal while setting up trips for tourists a tour guide should make
sure they have a place to stay, know where they can go in the area, or possibly also outside of
the area. Of course, the travel agent should also be able to organize small road trips around
the location and guarantee the group an experience they will never forget. If the travel agent
gives their clients a good, well organized trip, there is a chance they will return, or
recommend it to their friends. That way, there will be more clients, and a better business.
Luxury is not always the priority of a travel agent, as sometimes they have to
spend the night in a cheap hotel, or a motel. The payment of a travel agent is average,
depending on the number of tourists and the services they provided by them.
The starting point of the studies in the field of tourism management would start at
the University of Tartu Pärnu College right after graduating from gymnasium. I have also
thought about going abroad during my gap year after gymnasium to get experience, see the
world and get to know other cultures while making money and working. An alternative for
me is to start studying abroad.
A good upbringing and a proper education will give anyone a fair chance in
life.

MY DREAM JOB- MEMBER
OF SECURITY FORCES
“What counts in life is not the
mere fact that we have lived. It is
what difference we have made to
the lives of others that will
determine the significance of the
life we lead.” Those words were
said by Nelson Mandela 13 years
ago. I believe these words have a
humongous power and today’s life
is based on it. I think it is
important to study hard at school
because after we graduate we make
changes in life, mostly based on what we have learned.
I have not decided at which university to continue my studies, but the University of
Tartu, Faculty of Science and technology is my goal at the moment. I would like to study
Physical Geography because I am interested in natural disasters in the first place, and most
of all in tsunamis. I have always been curious about how they develop and I keep myself
posted about what is going on in the world.
Another opportunity would be to join the Estonian Academy of Security Science. I am
not sure what to specialise in but I would choose this academy because of my interest in
crime shows. My parents have told me that I would be an excellent agent or detective
because I spend my free time watching crime shows. I think I have the guts to be a police
officer and my physical form is quite good as well. Lately, I have been thinking about joining
the army, too, but it is just a thought.
Probably, I will apply for both schools and it all depends where I will be accepted.
The place I will live depends on the university I choose. I do not mind living in dorms
because I am friendly, hard-working, and I do not have enemies. In future I would prefer not
to live in the city because I do not like the annoying noise at night.
The profession I choose has many various job opportunities in Estonia and
everywhere else. I can become a police officer and a border guard, a rescuer, a soldier and a
scientist.

MY DREAM JOB
I have not thought about
my future much and I do
not have a dream job. I do
not even know what I want
to do after graduating from
high school, but I do know
that I want to be successful.
I definitely want to
continue my studies at
university, but I am not
sure if I will do it right
after high school or take a
gap year instead. This year
would be perfect for
travelling and facing new
challenges. Also, it could
help me figure out who I want to be.
I love travelling and learning about different places, so it would be great if my job
would make this possible for me. I think that a tour guide’s job is the closest idea I have as a
dream job at the moment. I believe I would be a great tour guide, because I enjoy
communicating with different people and I could definitely make a trip memorable. However,
a tour guide’s job is not very well paid and it would be difficult to be away from home once I
have a family.
Lately I have been thinking about continuing my studies at the Estonian National
Defence College. I could get an applied higher education and a fixed job as an officer. This
way, I would not have to worry about finding a job and I would know that I matter and do
something useful with my life. Life as an officer would be interesting and challenging, which
would be perfect for me. Moreover, the salary is good, so I would not have to worry about
my family and their livelihood.
To conclude, I have some time to figure it out who I want to be. In a year I should be
deciding which universities I want to apply for and I hope that by that time I will know what
my dream job is and what I want to do with my life.

MY DREAM JOB- STOCK TRADER
When I was little, I used to travel around
Europe a lot. I like travelling, so my plan
is to find a job where I get to travel a lot
or a job where I could make a fortune.
I have always liked money, banking, stock
trading and other things similar to that. I
have a dream to become somebody just
like Timothy Sykes who is an American
stock trader and entrepreneur. He made
his first million dollars before he was even 20 years old.
Stock trading can be done anywhere around world. That is exactly the
speciality I want to focus on in the future. First of all, I plan on graduating from gymnasium,
then finishing a Business School and from there on, my life begins. With knowledge, millions
can be made on stock trading.
After I am wealthy enough, I have the opportunity to travel around the world,
meet a nice lady and settle down at a nice place, maybe somewhere near the Caribbean Sea.
My house does not have to be a villa, but I my car must be leading-edge.
That is exactly how I see my future: plans are quite big, but I will definitely
accomplish them.
