Present perfect is used to talk about an action that began in the past continues up to now.

.For irregular verbs, use the participle form 3^rd column.

Begin - began - begun

.For regular verbs , just add ed.

Subject+have/has+(not)+past participle (V3)

+ we have bought a new house

-we haven’t bought a new house

3. unfinished action in the past(өткен шақта басталып қазірге дейін жалғасып жатқан іс -әрекет)be, have, see, know, like, hate етістіктері for (уақыт мерзімі), since (іс-әрекеттің қашан болғаны) демеуліктерінен кейін қолданылады.
