Activity 1. Conveying the meaning of new words.

"Great job, everyone! You’ve just watched a video about different jobs. Now, let’s learn some new words and find out what jobs people in a family do. Look at this family tree and the pictures below."

  • Have Ss look at the family tree and the pictures in the vocabulary section.

  • List jobs students heard (via chat or volunteers) from the video.

  • Clarify any new vocabulary.

Ask students to pick one job from the video and say one sentence:

  • He is a ___.” / “She helps people.” Encourage full class repetition.

For Ss with special needs: - Give each SEN student a picture card of a job from the video.

- Ask them to say only one short sentence using a guided structure like:

- “He is a doctor.”

- “She is a nurse.”

Activity 2. Look and say, What do the people do? Then listen and read.

Activity 5. Method name: "Wh-Orange Basket"

- In pairs, decide who will be the runner and who will be the writer.

- The runner goes to the text, reads a part, memorizes it, and comes back to dictate it.

- The writer listens and writes down the sentence.

- Compare and correct their version with the original text.
