The theme: Travel to the knowledge

The aims: 1. To check pupils’knowledge from English, through playing games, doing different tasks
2. To develop pupils’ reading, speaking and thinking abilities and inlarge their vocabulary.
3. To bring up the pupils the lovers of language of English and teach to be attentive and curiosity

Visual aids: slides, an interactive board, pictures, flashcards, marker-pens

The procedure of the lesson:

The host: Good morning dear pupils, teachers and guests! Welcome to our intellectual show. We are glad to see you and we hope that you’ll enjoy today’s game.
Our language is connected with our thought and sense. It appeared in antiquity. It’s close to the society’s life. All languages developed under influence of economic, political and geographical conditions.
Dear guests, teachers and pupils! Welcome to our competition " Travel to the knowledge”! The pupils of 3rd forms take part in this game

We shall a wonderful time together. Today we have a competition lesson. And also we have groups, who will be competing with each other. Well, we begin our game and let’s meet our participants..

The 1^st group is Grade 3a. “The Cleverest” The second group is Grade 3 AE. “The best of the best” And third group is Grade 3b. “Super Stars. Please come up.

Let’s begin our first level. Good luck!!!

1. “Let’s count!”

There are posters with animals. You know so many different animals. I see a lot of pictures here. Whose pictures are they? You should count these animals. And make up sentences using structure there is/there are and numbers.

For example, There is a wolf. There are two rabbits. There are four bears. There are five lions. There are three foxes.

This level is over.

2. “Pantomime.” Pupils of each group should take a card, and then explain to his own group without any word, using just mime, gesture and actions.

This level is over.

3. Relaxing time.

Let’s have a rest. Listen to the funny music. Let’s dance watching the video on the whiteboard.

Now we continue our game.

IV. Describing your pet.

Each group has the flashcards. Looking at the card, they should describe their pets using verbs have got/has got.

For example, This is a dog. It has got two eyes, two ears and one nose. It has got a big mouth and long tail. It’s black and white.

V. Funny artists.

One pupil from the each group should cover his eyes. Then he/she can draw any animals, as his/her wish with the help of other members of group. In the end name this animal.

Dear children, we have come to the end of the lesson. I hope you all enjoyed yourselves. The English is very useful. Today is winner group is ——. Well done. Thank you for your work. You were active,clever and friendly pupils.Our competitions are over.

«№8 ЖОББМ» КММ-де 2021жыл,21 қыркүйекте «Тілдер апталығы» іс-шарасы аясында ағылшын тілі пән мұғалімдерінің ұйымдастыруымен « Travel to knowledge land» тақырыбымен сыныптан тыс шара өткізілді. Топтық сайыс түрінде өткен бұл шараның мақсаты: ойын арқылы оқушылардың ағылшын тілі сабағында алған білімдерін тексеру. Тыңдай білуге, сөйлей білуге,жаза білуге, грамматикалық тапсырмаларды орындай білуге баулу. Ағылшын тілі пәніне қызығушылығын арттыру.

Іс-шара бастауыш сыныптар арасында, атап айтқанда 3А, 3Ә және 3Б сыныптар арасында жарыс ойыны ретінде өткізілді. Ойын бірнеше бөлімдерден тұрды, жарыста белсенді әдіс-тәсілдер қолданылған. Жарыс кезінде оқушылардың пәнге қатысты білімдері ғана емес, жылдам ойлау, шапшаң қимылдау, еске сақтау қабілеттері де сыналды. Нәтижесінде 3 «Ә» сыныбы 3-орын, 3 «А» сыныбы 2- орынды иеленсе, 3 «Б» сыныбы 1 орынға ие болды. Шара соңында қатысқан оқушылар марапатталып,оларға кішігірім ынталандырушы сыйлықтар табысталынды. Іс-шара өз мәресіне жетіп,мақсаты айқындалды.
