ORGANISATION MOMENT: Teacher greets students Good afternoon boys and girls! I`m glad to see you at our unusual lesson. As you see today we`ve got a lot of guests at our lesson. Be more active today and don`t worry please and try to do your best. OK? We are going to have a trip round the English language today. We `ll have a lot of fun, so the name of our unusual lesson is “English Party”. |

MAIN PART
Today we shall have a
competition between five teams. Each team has its name, motto and
captain. You should do the tasks correctly and for each correct
answer I`ll give you a score. And at the end of the lesson we`ll
know who`s the winner.
Look at the interactive board. There are tours of our game 1 tour – “Funny questions” 2 tour – “Coloured animals” 3 tour – “Sand glass” 4 tour – “Odd word” 5 tour – “Mistakes” ( guests’ games) 1 tour . “Funny questions” Our train is going to have a trip and the first station is “Funny questions” Answer the questions correctly one by one:
2 tour “Coloured animals” A scoreboard consisting of squares of different colors is shown. Each square has an English letter written on it. The presenter alternately calls the colors, and the students must write down the letter corresponding to this color, as a result of which they should get a certain word. Example : purple (C); pink (A); orange (T) 1) red (H); green (E) ; grey (N) 2) purple (C);pink (A);white (M);green (E); yellow (L) 3) green (E); yellow (L); green (E); blue (P); red (H); pink (A) ;grey (N); orange (T); 4) yellow (L); light blue (I); brown (O); grey (N) 3 tour – “Sand glass” - guess the words from the following letters
wnrob, yphap, tisers,
rkhomewo, erfath, lowyel, waethre, palep, welvet, hantepel, koob,
cilpen, endfri, werflo.
4 tour - “Odd Word” – find one odd word in each line.
5 tour – Mistakes - find a spelling mistake in one word of each sentence.
