THE ABC PARTY

Цели и задачи урока:

• повторение букв английского алфавита;

• совершенствование навыков выразительного чтения стихотворений;

• активизация и обобщение материала по темам: “Английский алфавит”, “Животные”, “Цвета”, “Счёт”;

• активизация и тренировка фонетических и орфографических навыков;

• повторение изученного лексического материала;

• поддержание интереса к изучению английского языка;

• развитие навыков аудирования;

• развитие творческих способностей;

• развитие мышления, памяти, внимания, логики, воображения и наблюдательности.

Материалы и оборудование:

• компьютер, презентация урока, мультимедийный проектор, проекционный экран, карточки со стихотворениями (Приложение 1),

• раздаточный материал — Scrambled words “Colours”и раскраска “Funnyzoo” (Приложение 2),

• цветные карандаши, материалы для оформления класса — большой фольгированный воздушный шарик “смайл”, разноцветная гирлянда.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент, приветствие (Слайд 1)

- Good morning, boys and girls, parents and teachers!

- Good morning!

-I am glad to see you! Welcome to our ABC party! Sit down, please.

II. Фонетическая зарядка (Слайд 2)

- Well, let`s begin our English party. Today we shall make an interesting and funny travelling from A to Z. Do you want to start?

Let`s sing the ABC song first.

Дети смотрят видео и поют песенку про английский алфавит.

- That`s fine!

III. Повторение изученных букв алфавита. Выступления учащихся (Слайды3-29)

- And now let`s see how well you know the ABC (Слайд 3).

Answer my questions, please:

How many letters are there in the English alphabet? (26)

How many consonants are there? (20)

And what about the vowels? (6)

Very good! And now our children will recite the poems about the English letters. We shall begin with the first letter of the English alphabet. It`s the Letter A.

We can see a tiger and a zebra, too.

IV. Закрепление лексики по теме “Цвета”и “Животные” (Слайды 30-35)

Слайд 30.

- Isee you know the ABC very well, but do you know the names of the colours?

Tell me what colour is the snow? (It is white).

What colour is the fox? (It is red).

What colour is the frog? (It is green).

And what colour is the chicken? (It is yellow).

What colour is the bear? (It is brown).

What colour is the wolf? (It is grey).

What colour is the pig? (It is pink).

What colour is the orange? (It is orange).

What colour is the sea? (It is blue).

What colour is the gorilla? (It is black).

Слайд 31.

- Well done! And now we shall see how well you can write the names of the colours. We shall play the game. It is called “Scrambled words”.You see all the letters are mixed. Take you pens and write the right words on your paper. (Раздаточный материал — Scrambled words “Colours”).

Слайд 32. And now look at the screen. Have you made any mistakes? Correct them, please.

Слайд 33. I think it`s time to sing a song about the colours.Are you ready? Let`s start singing all together!

- I see that you know the ABC, the names of the colours. But can you count in English? (Yes, we can). O.K. Let`s count from one to ten. And now look at the screen and answer my questions.

Слайд 39. You are a little tired, aren`t you? Let`s play! It`s time to stand up and do some morning exercises and count from one to ten.
