THE ABC PARTY

Цели и задачи урока:

• повторение букв английского алфавита;

• совершенствование навыков выразительного чтения стихотворений;

• активизация и обобщение материала по темам: “Английский алфавит”, “Животные”, “Цвета”, “Счёт”;

• активизация и тренировка фонетических и орфографических навыков;

• повторение изученного лексического материала;

• поддержание интереса к изучению английского языка;

• развитие навыков аудирования;

• развитие творческих способностей;

• развитие мышления, памяти, внимания, логики, воображения и наблюдательности.

Материалы и оборудование:

• компьютер, презентация урока, мультимедийный проектор, проекционный экран, карточки со стихотворениями (Приложение 1),

• раздаточный материал — Scrambled words “Colours”и раскраска “Funnyzoo” (Приложение 2),

• цветные карандаши, материалы для оформления класса — большой фольгированный воздушный шарик “смайл”, разноцветная гирлянда.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент, приветствие (Слайд 1)

- Good morning, boys and girls, parents and teachers!

- Good morning!

-I am glad to see you! Welcome to our ABC party! Sit down, please.

II. Фонетическая зарядка (Слайд 2)

- Well, let`s begin our English party. Today we shall make an interesting and funny travelling from A to Z. Do you want to start?

Let`s sing the ABC song first.

Дети смотрят видео и поют песенку про английский алфавит.

- That`s fine!

III. Повторение изученных букв алфавита. Выступления учащихся (Слайды3-29)

- And now let`s see how well you know the ABC (Слайд 3).

Answer my questions, please:

How many letters are there in the English alphabet? (26)

How many consonants are there? (20)

And what about the vowels? (6)

Very good! And now our children will recite the poems about the English letters. We shall begin with the first letter of the English alphabet. It`s the Letter A.

Apples here, apples there,
Apples, apples everywhere!

Letter B (Слайд 5)

Bounce! Bounce! It is my ball!
It doesn`t want to stop at all.

I`m the cat. My name is Hat.
I`m not fat. I like to chat!

Letter D (Слайд 7)

I`m the dog. My name is Jack.
My coat is white. My nose is black.

Letter E (Слайд 8)

Little yellow bee, bee, bee!
How many flowers can you see?

Letter F (Слайд 9)

One, two, three, and four, and five!
I have got a fish alive!

Letter G (Слайд 10)

I`m a girl. I`ve got a doll.
Her name is May. We like to play.

Letter H (Слайд 11)

Little mouse, little mouse!
Where is your house?
I`m a poor mouse, I have no house.

Letter I (Слайд 12)

Spring is coming. Warm and nice.
Ice is melting. Poor ice!

Letter J (Слайд 13)

Merry Jimmy Jinn
is jumping in his jeans.

Letter K (Слайд 14)

The king is strong. The king is brave.
What is his name? He is Nick Grey.

Letter L (Слайд 15)

Who lives in Africa?
He, she or me?
One lion, two lions, three...

Letter M (Слайд 16)

Little mice, little mice!
Would you like a piece of ice?
We would like a piece of cheese. Yes, please!

Letter N (Слайд 17)

How much is one plus one?
Two big nuts for little son.

Letter O (Слайд 18)

“Tick-Tock! Tick-Tock!
Play and walk,” says the clock.

Letter P (Слайд 19)

I`v got a pet. My pet is a pig.
His name is Pick. He is not big.

Letter Q (Слайд 20)

Mary the Queen can dance and sing.

Letter R (Слайд 21)

One, two, three! One, two, three!
Nice red roses you can see!

Letter S (Слайд 22)

Oh, Mary! Come and see!
A big snake is in the tree!

Letter T (Слайд 23)

When tigers walk
They like to talk.

Letter U (Слайд 24)

Hurry, hurry Cinderella!
Quickly bring my blue umbrella!

Letter V (Слайд 25)

Can you dance? Can you sing?
I can play the violin.

Letter W (Слайд 26)

Hey, Letter W!
I like the words with you!
Whу, what, who,
Window, wall, two,
Swim, white, owl,
Down, town... Wow!

Letter X (Слайд 27)

I see two funny foxes
With two small boxes.

Letter Y (Слайд 28)

Fly! Fly! In the sky!
My nice and funny kite!

Letter Z (Слайд 29)

We go, we go, we go to the zoo!
We can see a tiger and a zebra, too.

IV. Закрепление лексики по теме “Цвета”и “Животные” (Слайды 30-35)

Слайд 30.

- Isee you know the ABC very well, but do you know the names of the colours?

Tell me what colour is the snow? (It is white).

What colour is the fox? (It is red).

What colour is the frog? (It is green).

And what colour is the chicken? (It is yellow).

What colour is the bear? (It is brown).

What colour is the wolf? (It is grey).

What colour is the pig? (It is pink).

What colour is the orange? (It is orange).

What colour is the sea? (It is blue).

What colour is the gorilla? (It is black).

Слайд 31.

- Well done! And now we shall see how well you can write the names of the colours. We shall play the game. It is called “Scrambled words”.You see all the letters are mixed. Take you pens and write the right words on your paper. (Раздаточный материал — Scrambled words “Colours”).

Дети выполняют письменное задание на выданных им листах бумаги.

Слайд 32. And now look at the screen. Have you made any mistakes? Correct them, please.

Слайд 33. I think it`s time to sing a song about the colours.Are you ready? Let`s start singing all together!

Дети смотрят слайды и поют песенку о цветах.

V. Повторениечислительных(Слайды 36-38)

Слайд 36.

- I see that you know the ABC, the names of the colours. But can you count in English? (Yes, we can). O.K. Let`s count from one to ten. And now look at the screen and answer my questions.

1 – cats

2 – flowers

3 – mice

4 – balls

5 – turtles

6 – apples

7 – chickens

8- strawberries

9 – dogs

10  –pencils

VI. Физкультминутка (Слайды 39-47)

Слайд 39. You are a little tired, aren`t you? Let`s play! It`s time to stand up and do some morning exercises and count from one to ten.

Дети выполняют движения на месте.

Слайд 40. Walk like an elephant! —one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.

Слайд 41. Run like a horse!

Слайд 42. Jump like a kangaroo!

Слайд 43. Fly like a parrot!

Слайд 44. Swim like a frog!

Слайд 45. Climb like a monkey!

Слайд 46. Sit like a dog!

Слайд 47. Sleep like a bear.
