We live in a world that is
creative; we live in a time when innovation is the key word; human
inventions have reached all spheres of life. We cannot deny the
fact that most of the education that has been transmitted so far
based on memory. But proper learning should include creative
learning based on memory, which stimulates the presence of
creativity, the desire to create something new that will lead to
evolution!
The purpose of the teacher's
work is the formation of a creative personality, which is
characterized by a stable, high–level focus on creativity, creative
style in one or more activities. Thus, a creative teacher should
have a high level of pedagogical skill, a certain research courage,
critical analysis and reasonable use of advanced pedagogical
experience.
Creativity in the work of a
teacher is a continuous process of continuous improvement. It seems
to me that the creativity of a teacher is aimed not only at
creating a new one, but also at developing an existing one.
Creativity allows us not only to transfer our knowledge to students
in an unusual way, but also, as a result, to interest in our
subject. The
creative approach
allows creative
teachers to take a fresh look at the
usual lessons and find a new,
non-standard means in solving
pedagogical problems.
Creative activity is the
development of cognitive, emotional and motivational aspects of a
person. This allows teachers not only to develop students,
but also to develop themselves. Currently, the statement
that pedagogical activity is creative in nature has become
generally accepted. After all, every student is unique. And the
approach to each of them should be unique,
creative. Creative
teacher is necessary in order to help
children develop and improve.
