I believe that wealth is in
the brain, not in the bowels.
The problem is that we need to
learn to value and sell our knowledge.
There have always been many
"jack-of-all-trades" in our country, fairy tales have even been
written about them. For example, take the same "Lefty" who shod a
flea. He was very smart in his business, but apart from him, he
knew little else.
In my opinion, the situation
is exactly the same these days. Now there are a lot of craftsmen,
but they work for pennies and it is unlikely that they will make
their way up the career ladder. Many of these masters lack
entrepreneurial skills, without which they will not be able to make
their work profitable.
Young smart people are lured
from our country to the West, who use their "head" to develop and
improve the technologies of another country - our potential
competitor. For example, in America, dozens of times more money is
invested in scientific research than in Kasakhstan. What do you
want after that?
Our country needs to develop
the field of high-tech technologies and competently combine this
with economic opportunities and skills. It is necessary to restore
old enterprises, purchase new technical equipment and attract young
specialists. I think that only then we will be able to reach a new
level and understand how important it is to value knowledge and
sell it if it is profitable for us.
