Competence is a qualification characteristic included in an activity. It is worth noting that the competence approach is necessary, because the current education needs significant modernization. In General, the competence approach is seen as an alternative to the more traditional approach, which is aimed at regulating the content unit that is similar to domestic knowledge about educational standards. It is assumed that competence analysis, as opposed to professional knowledge tests, is aimed at determining the scope and quality
