Activity 2.
Teacher:
Step 1. puts a poster of A2 format that is filled
with approximate things without monsters.
- Everyone, look at the board, here we have a
big poster with some pictures.
Step 2. shows cards of monsters with things on
the other side of the board.
- Now, look at this, these are
monsters.

Step 3. gives instructions and descriptors of the
task.
- you should match those cards with this
poster. For example, Yellow monster has got
goggles.
Step 4. randomly asks children to come to the
board and match the words with pictures by using mini
magnets

book on page 106, there are 8 planets and the
Sun.

audiotape.
- We are going to look at the poster and

Say to children to write down new words on their

Let the children guess the order of the planets in the solar
system. Children will be given 8 planets and asked to order the
planets in the Solar System.

method
Give students 5 pieces of Mars card and 6 pieces
of Earth card so that they do the puzzle and get together into one
group. So you will have two teams, Mars and
Earth.

After creating teams, give each team one
worksheet.

they should identify the planets and write their names on the
worksheet.
