I like spring very much, spring is a fine season. The weather is good. The sky is blue. The sun is shining. The grass, trees and bushes are green. In the parks there are many bright flowers: white, red and yellow. You can see many children in the streets and in the yards. They run, jump, play football and ride bicycles.

It is my favourite season because, there are main holidays in spring. They are: Mother’s Day, Nauryz, Victory Day. On the 8th of March we congratulate our mothers, grandmothers, sisters and give them flowers, presents.

Nauryz is the most important Kazakh holiday. It is the Kazakh New Year. On this day people wear the traditional costumes, play national games, drink “Nauryz kozhe”.

On the 9th of May people of many countries celebrate Victory day. It is a great holiday. There are usually meetings of the veterans of the Great Patriotic War. People thank the veterans and give them flowers. We can see interesting films about the Great Patriotic War on TV.

Spring days full of positive emotions.
